The everyday life
I found a good quote the other day that was about enjoying tuesdays. That you can't go around waiting for the weekend or other things that will happen in the future. I believe that if you do so, you will realize one day that those tuesdays were your life and you were always waiting for better days to come.
I think that is what I will miss most about my life in Santa Barbara, the everyday life. The roadtrips, the parties and so on will of course also be fantastic memories, but I truly believe that it is those ordinary tuesdays that I will miss the most. Buying coffee at French Press, sitting in the sofa with everyone in the evenings laughing, waking up to sunshine every day, riding my bike, the palm trees, having taco-nights, always being with your friends, going for walks by the beach and so on.
Talking about everyday life, I can tell you about what I have done since we came back from our roadtrip to LA. On saturday we went to a friend's apartment at Beach City to play some beerpong. We were not so many people there but we had a nice night. On sunday I studied at French Press with Linn and Sofie (I am almost there every day), and in the evening I ate pizza at a pizzeria called Paxtie's with Carro and Fanny. They were so thin and tasty!! During the week I have had nice smoothies, studied a lot at French Press, been out jogging, had lunch with Eirunn at Backyard Bowls, been to the beach, had taco-night with the girls and eaten breakfast at a gluten free café with Sofie and Carro. Yesterday we went to a surprise party, it was fun but me, Sofie and Linn weren't really in a party mode so we went home quite early. When we came home we sat in the sofa for like three hours laughing constantly. Those two make my days :))
Now I am going to get ready to eat dinner with Fanny at Blush! After that we're going to the movie theatres to see ''Brooklyn''. Looking forward to having a cozy night with my lovely friend. Talk to you later folks
